PETS | We allow 2 pets per unit with an additional $500 deposit & $40 pet rent per pet monthly. There are no weight restrictions, but there are breed restrictions.

We evaluate all rental applications based on verification of identification, employment, income, rental history, and credit history.
- Picture ID is required - US Driver's License / Passport / Resident Alien card / Social Security Card
- Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (GROSS INCOME)
- A credit report and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
- Employment verification: 4 recent pay stubs and verbal confirmation of employment.
- Employed for a minimum of 6 months at current employment.
- Verification of prior rental history up to 3 years (when possible).
- $50 application fee non-refundable to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application
- $300 to reserve an apartment (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval) but will go towards your deposit.

- Resident's utilities : water, sewer, garbage, and electricity
- ***Renters Insurance is MANDATORY****
- ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON AN APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
